• Align business, functional, and IT objectives to ensure delivery success.
• Contribute to governance activities: steering committee prep, KPI tracking, and project documentation.
• Coordinate partner and internal team activities to meet scope, timeline, and quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and strengthen project controls.
