Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration or Marketing (or equivalent).
• 2–3 years in product management, marketing or business development.
• Experience with e-commerce, project management or market analysis is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and manage operations of publications within various portfolios to ensure content quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate the Publications H2 campaign with OSS, IATA Store, GDS and Distribution teams and report to management.
• Perform detailed analysis of the Publications auto-renewal campaign and propose improvements for future campaigns.
• Respond to customer feedback and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve services.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to streamline internal training and increase product knowledge.
