Job summary

Komgo is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to join our Swiss-based team in Geneva. You will analyze client requirements, design solutions, and configure client environments on our platform to support trade finance workflows.

You will also provide end-user training, manage client support tickets, and collaborate with product development to document functional specs and system enhancements. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.
