Qualifikationen

• Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial engineering degree or HF diploma.
• Experience in design of production tooling, fixtures and equipment.
• Knowledge of machining processes and measurement strategies.
• Proficiency in SAP and TDM or similar tool data management systems.
• Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop tools, fixtures, and measuring equipment for turbine and generator rotor manufacturing.
• Define and optimize machining strategies, tooling concepts, and measurement approaches.
• Manage end-to-end procurement from quotes to technical reviews.
• Ensure on-time availability of production resources, in-house or external.
• Monitor tool performance, consumption and costs, driving improvements.
• Maintain SAP master data and Tool Data Management lists.
