Haybury is seeking a Time & Payroll Systems Project Specialist to manage time and payroll processes, support critical system integrations and drive projects that improve the employee experience.

You will work across Workday, Zeus and SAP Payroll, ensuring accurate data flows, compliant processes and effective collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT and external providers. Fluent German and English are required, with experience in transformation projects considered a plus.

• Strong knowledge of time management regulations and payroll processes.
• Experience with Workday, SAP Payroll and Zeus.
• Experience leading or supporting projects and process improvements.
