The role requires strong Swiss payroll expertise, project-oriented mindset, and fluent German with professional English, enabling you to collaborate across cross-functional teams on system integration projects.

Qualifications

• Proven Swiss payroll administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of time management regulations.
• Experience with system integrations (Workday, SAP).
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Fluent German; professional English.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Act as SME for time regulations and working time management.
• Monitor interfaces between Workday, time management systems, and SAP Payroll.
• Collaborate on payroll and HR system projects.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss payroll, sickness, and accident insurance regulations.
• Analyze and improve payroll and time management processes.
