Zusammenfassung

The North Face in Stabio, Switzerland seeks a Media & Social Commerce Specialist to join our Digital Performance Marketing team on a 1-year temporary contract. You will drive TikTok Shop development and social commerce activation across EMEA, coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and partners to scale performance marketing initiatives.

You will support Affiliate Marketing and Paid Social, ensure content readiness, and optimize campaigns with a data-driven, test-and-learn approach.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or E-commerce.
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing is a must.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Social Commerce or Marketplace environments is highly desirable.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives across internal teams, agencies, creators, and platform partners.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Launch and scale The North Face TikTok Shop programme across EMEA markets.
• Define the launch roadmap, testing strategy, KPIs and success metrics.
• Coordinate operational workstreams for launch: platform setup, product feeds, inventory, content readiness, creator activation.
• Partner with TikTok, agencies, and internal stakeholders for alignment and execution.
• Monitor performance, build reporting dashboards, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Influencer and Content teams for creator selection, content briefing and approval.
