• Completed education in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Solid experience in test management and in regression, integration, and performance tests.
• Experience with agile methods and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong quality and risk awareness with a holistic view of test management.
• Structured, responsible and communicative with assertiveness.

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all testing activities to ensure release quality.

Test Manager

What you can achieve

• With great passion, you ensure the quality of our releases by planning, managing, and coordinating all testing activities.
• You ensure stable go-lives through the targeted use of testing methods and automated regression tests in frontend and backend systems.
• With your expertise, you continuously develop our testing strategy and testing guidelines and establish standardised testing processes.
• Within the Scrum and project teams, you take on a coordinating and controlling role and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Thanks to close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you create added transparency regarding test progress, quality, and risks.

• a completed education in computer science or a comparable qualification
• solid experience in test management as well as in various types of testing such as regression, integration, and performance tests
