Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Tendering Engineer to create preliminary design cost estimations for dry type transformers and inductors according to customer specifications. This role also supports sales with technical input and acts as a bridge between sales and engineering.

You will review specifications, develop deviation sheets, obtain pricing from suppliers, and ensure timely submission of estimates while maintaining accurate technical and costing data throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• First experience in a similar role, especially in regard to the technical skills.
• Experience in CAD and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills as well as a self-starter mentality.
• Fluent in English; Italian would be beneficial.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
