Job summary

Puig is seeking a Retail Design Project Manager in Eysins, VD, CH for a fixed-term 5-month assignment starting January 2027. The role oversees in-store visibility projects, collaborating with European distributors to implement Puig's retail vision.

Requirements include 1–3 years of luxury retail experience, a degree in Architecture or Interior Design, and fluency in English (French a plus). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp is expected.

• 1–3 years of retail experience in luxury, fashion or retail-focused orgs.
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design required.
• Fluent in English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Align with distributors' teams for in-store animation plans.
• Coordinate with distributors' teams to monitor brand visibility in stores.
• Manage permanent visibility projects per Retail Plans: liaise with brands, agencies, retailers and distributors, and follow production, shipment and installation.
• Monitor retailers' portfolios and ensure brand visibility online across key retailers' websites.
• Adapt and communicate the brand’s e-tailing toolkits to distributor teams for seamless omnichannel experience.
• Support distributors' teams in online activity adaptation per e-tailing plans.
