Swatch is seeking a Retail Design Project Leader to drive end-to-end design and delivery of Swatch Store concepts worldwide from Biel/Bienne. You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams, and ensure design standards are met while maintaining schedules and budgets.

The role requires a degree in Architecture/Interior Design and at least five years of retail project experience, with CAD/AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Architecture or Interior Design and 5+ years in Retail or related field.
• 5 years professional experience in the Retail field.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and implementation of retail concepts for SWATCH POS in accordance with the brand's identity and global design standards.
• Manage the entire store design lifecycle from concept to construction coordination and project completion.
• Plan, manage and control project budgets, including capital expenditure and cost tracking.
