Job summary

On in Zürich seeks a Senior Lead - Retail Design Program Manager to steer a 9-month maternity-cover program, aligning strategic design with operational execution. You will own budgets and timelines while guiding senior leadership through complex decisions, and you will directly manage high-stakes projects, including pop-ups and SIS implementations.

You will collaborate with Retail Marketing, Real Estate, and regional teams to ensure a seamless, premium consumer experience across flagship stores

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in retail project management, design, or physical brand operations in scaling environments.
• Strong governance, budget management, and leadership reporting capabilities.
• Proven track record delivering pop-ups, B2B activations, and SIS formats in retail.
• Outstanding cross-functional influence with Marketing, Legal, Procurement, Development, and Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global retail design program budget, timelines, and strategic decisions.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, commercial negotiations, and PO creation with precision.
• Lead high-visibility projects from inception to completion including pop-ups with Retail Marketing and Real Estate.
• Drive B2B activations and Shop-in-Shop layouts in department stores aligned to premium brand standards.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure flawless delivery and readiness.
