Zusammenfassung

La Prairie in Zürich, Switzerland seeks a Global Procurement Buyer to support category management and tender processes for Marketing Goods, VM and packaging. You will lead supplier biddings, translate requirements into sourcing specs, and drive value through competitive sourcing events in a global setting.

The role is based in Zürich and is temporary with an ASAP start until 31.01.2027, offering a health insurance contribution, generous leave, and flexible work arrangements including remote days.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Strong analytical, communication, organization and negotiation skills.

The Global Procurement Buyer is responsible for the categories of Marketing Goods, VM and sets packaging for La Prairie and Chantecaille at global level.

This role focuses on supporting category management and tender processes for the categories in scope. The role is responsible for managing competitive sourcing events, for the categories in scope.

Sourcing Execution, Tender Management

• Responsible for procurement activities for the categories in scope.
• Manage and organize supplier biddings, RFI/RFPs & evaluate results for supplier selection with the goal of maximizing value generation
• Translate project requirements into clear sourcing specifications and commercial scopes
• Consolidate and summarize biddings results for decision making
• Support defining buying requirements with stakeholders following procurement best practice

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent

• Commercial Apprenticeship or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ experience ideally in procurement in an international environment or supply chain
• Strong analytical, communication, organization and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, work cross functionally
• Results-oriented, proactive, service-driven person with a strong team spirit
• Flexible personality, able to work in a dynamic & culturally heterogeneous environment
• Digital savvy-sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Ppt, Word)
• Very good written and spoken English skills
