Zusammenfassung

La Prairie Group AG in Zurich, Switzerland, is looking for a Temporary Global Procurement Buyer to manage categories such as Marketing Goods, VM and packaging at a global level.

You will support category management and tender processes, organize supplier bids and RFIs/RFPs, and translate project requirements into clear sourcing specifications while collaborating with stakeholders across the Beiersdorf Group.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial Apprenticeship or equivalent completed.
• 2-3 years' experience in procurement in an international environment or supply chain.
• Strong analytical, communication, organization and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, work cross-functionally.
• Results-oriented, proactive, service-driven with team spirit.
• Flexible, dynamic and culturally diverse environment.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Temporary Global Procurement Buyer

Contract Type: Temporary - full-time

Description:

Global Procurement Buyer is responsible for the categories of Marketing Goods, VM and sets packaging for La Prairie and Chantecaille at global level.

This role focuses on supporting category management and tender processes for the categories in scope. The role is responsible for managing competitive sourcing events, for the categories in scope.

Sourcing Execution, Tender Management

• Responsible for procurement activities for the categories in scope.
• Manage and organize supplier biddings, RFI/RFPs & evaluate results for supplier selection with the goal of maximizing value generation
• Translate project requirements into clear sourcing specifications and commercial scopes
• Consolidate and summarize biddings results for decision making
• Support defining buying requirements with stakeholders following procurement best practice

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent

• Commercial Apprenticeship or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ experience ideally in procurement in an international environment or supply chain
• Strong analytical, communication, organization and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, work cross functionally
• Results-oriented, proactive, service-driven person with a strong team spirit
• Flexible personality, able to work in a dynamic & culturally heterogeneous environment
• Digital savvy-sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Ppt, Word)
• Very good written and spoken English skills

The position is based in Zürich, Switzerland. Temporary role with start date asap until 31.01.2027
