DHL Express Schweiz AG in Regensdorf is seeking a Telesales Executive (m/w/d) 100% to manage a portfolio of around 500 SME customers, driving growth through proactive consulting and digital communication.

You will identify customer needs, promote our services, and acquire and retain new customers based on leads from our Lead Qualification department, while ensuring tariff and volume policy is followed.

Qualifikationen

• First experience in sales (training period or full job).
• Fluent knowledge of French and English (German is a plus).
• Pronounced communication and negotiation skills based on a consultant approach.
• Excellent customer and service orientation and a strong quality awareness.
• Autonomous with organisational and self-discipline skills.
• Team player in an international team and environment.
• Interest and understanding in the logistics and transport business.
• Comfortable with virtual communication tools (Skype, Teams, Zoom, Loom).

Aufgaben

• Manage a customer portfolio of around 500 SME companies with roughly 2 million in sales responsibility.
• Develop activity of your portfolio and implement and retain new customers.
• Identify customer needs and promote DHL services and further development of customers.
• Acquire and retain new customers based on leads from the Lead Qualification department.
• Ensure current conditions align with tariff and volume policy.
