EY is seeking a talented professional to join its Technology Strategy & Transformation Team in Switzerland. You will deliver exceptional client service, consulting on technology strategies and enablement, and support clients in digital transformation and enterprise intelligence to align IT with business goals.

You will work with CIO/CDO/CTO and other CXO-level executives on strategic technology solutions, shaping IT operating models and capabilities across sectors.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree from a reputable University with excellent academic records.
• Strong customer-centricity and interpersonal skills - a Team Player!
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present and communicate effectively.
• A keen interest in technology and its applications in business.
• Exposure to key technologies such as ServiceNow, Microsoft, AI, and more.

Aufgaben

• Assist engagement teams in realizing clients’ strategy, process, people, and technology transformations.
• Participate in transformational technology consulting engagements, including: Technology Strategy & Assessment; Architecture; Requirements definition; IT process design; program management; operating model design; advisory for ServiceNow and Microsoft technologies.
• Support project/team management activities, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.
• Leverage data and technology to assist in providing innovative solutions to clients’ challenges.
• Help prepare high-quality work products for clients and other related parties in a timely manner.
• Identify risks within engagements and raise any issues with senior team members.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients’ personnel.
• Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting and with other services across the organization.
• Participate in educational programs to continually develop personal skills and capabilities.
