EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology Consulting to lead transformation programs across wealth and asset management in the Grand-Lancy/Geneva area. You will shape technology strategies, design target architectures, and guide multi-disciplinary teams to deliver tangible business outcomes.

You will engage senior executives, manage complex stakeholder environments, and drive data and AI driven improvements while contributing to practice growth in Romandie.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, architecture or transformation within financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking technology platforms and architectures including CRM and core banking.
• Proven experience shaping technology strategies, operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise technologies including cloud, integrate, cybersecurity and service management.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programs with diverse teams.
• Ability to engage with senior executives and translate priorities into practical tech solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead technology strategy and transformation engagements for wealth and asset management clients from vision through execution.
• Design target architectures, operating models and roadmaps aligning business and IT priorities.
• Advise on banking tech platforms and ecosystems including digital channels and PMS.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Data & AI, automation and emerging tech for value.
• Lead EY and client teams, ensuring delivery, stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology executives.
• Contribute to business development and growth of EY’s Technology Consulting practice in Romandie.
