Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a senior Business & Technology Integration – Tech Delivery SME for a 3.5-month temporary contract based in Bern, Switzerland. The role focuses on design, configuration, and delivery of CPQ solutions within an Agile framework, with strong Logik CPQ and ServiceNow experience.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality CPQ solutions, manage multiple workstreams, and contribute to Quote-to-Order and Order Management

Qualifications

• Experience in technology delivery, IT projects, or system integration.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain product catalogs and product models within Logik CPQ
• Design and implement configuration, validation, dependency, and pricing rules
• Configure complex commercial offers, bundles, and product structures
• Develop and support integrations using Logik Open APIs (REST APIs)
• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ integration and configuration issues
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support feature refinement activities
• Create and manage user stories and technical documentation
• Support the evolution of Quote-to-Order and Order Management processes
• Contribute to solution design and best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Work closely with telecommunications business and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions

As part of a strategic transformation initiative, we are looking for an experienced Business & Technology Integration – Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert with strong expertise in Logik CPQ and ServiceNow environments. You will play a key role in the design, configuration, integration, and delivery of complex CPQ solutions within an Agile delivery framework.

Your responsibilities
