Job summary

Arbeitnow is seeking a dynamic Solutions Consultant to join our Commercial team in Zurich, blending business insight with technical expertise to design tailored solutions and accelerate sales cycles.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations, deliver product demonstrations, contribute to RFI/RFP responses, and support customers from discovery to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant, Presales Engineer, or similar customer-facing role within enterprise software/SaaS.
• Strong understanding of supply chain/logistics industries and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools.
• Familiarity with APIs and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client processes, challenges, and requirements.
• Translate client needs into solution designs and technical specifications.
• Design and present tailored solutions leveraging product capabilities and integration options.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and PoC workshops for clients and stakeholders.
• Support sales as a technical and functional expert throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare and contribute to RFI/RFP responses with accuracy and alignment to customer expectations.
• Provide effort estimations and implementation guidance for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, and Implementation teams for feasibility and delivery.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product innovation and decision-making.
• Create sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and case studies.

As a key partner to our Sales, Product, and Operations teams, you will play a critical role in designing tailored solutions, accelerating sales cycles, and ensuring successful customer outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business processes, challenges, and technical requirements
• Translate complex client needs into effective solution designs and technical specifications
• Design and present tailored solutions leveraging our product capabilities and integration options
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept workshops for clients and stakeholders
• Support the sales team as a technical and functional expert throughout the sales cycle
• Prepare and contribute to RFI and RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer expectations
• Provide effort estimations and implementation guidance for proposed solutions
• Collaborate closely with Product Development, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful delivery
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product innovation and strategic decision-making
• Develop sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and case studies

Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant, Business Implementations, Presales Engineer, Solution Architect, or a similar customer-facing role within enterprise software, SaaS based environments
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, or related industries
• Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools
• Familiarity with integration technologies such as APIs and ETL processes
• Fluent written and spoken English, other language skills are beneficial
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
