Job summary

Computer Futures seeks an experienced Software Architect to lead instrument development and act as Project Leader for the LabX software platform. You will provide technical leadership across Scrum teams and own architecture decisions within the LabX integration landscape, driving successful product releases from Zurich.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, coordination across distributed teams in Zurich, Portugal, India and LabX, and expertise in C++, C#, and .NET.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural background for large software platforms.
• Experience shaping product development and releases.
• Proven ability to lead distributed Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead instrument development activities for the LabX software platform.
• Act as Project Leader for a complex software product environment.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple Scrum teams.
• Own architecture decisions within the LabX area.
• Function as system architect for the LabX integration landscape.
• Coordinate technical direction across teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure successful product releases.
• Support and evolve existing terminal software connected to LabX.
• Drive cross-team collaboration across Zurich, Portugal, India and LabX teams.
• Facilitate communication and information flow across distributed teams.
• Align technical priorities and keep projects moving efficiently.
• Support decision-making involving the right stakeholders.
• Contribute to product evolution rather than greenfield development.
