RJC Group in Switzerland is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to support a critical Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM) environment. You will shape the technology landscape, modernise legacy applications and introduce new data, automation and AI approaches.

You will lead the re-architecture and re-platforming of CTRM-connected components, design scalable data integrations, enable APIs and data pipelines, and drive code quality and DevOps practices.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience in a techno-functional role.
• Strong SQL / T-SQL and SQL Server expertise.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into robust solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead the re-architecture and re-platforming of CTRM-connected components.
• Design and implement modern, reliable and scalable integrations and data flows.
• Unlock CTRM data through APIs, data pipelines and structured exports into data lakes/warehouses.
• Establish stronger engineering practices around code quality, reviews, standards and delivery.
• Explore and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and wider IT teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
