Zusammenfassung

Mercuria is seeking a Tech Lead to join the CTRM platform, serving ~650 users across trading, operations and risk. You will own the technical delivery cadence, mentor a small team, and act as the primary technical contact with our external vendor.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of technical/leadership experience in CTRM/ETRM or finance.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL against large relational data.
• Experience working with software vendors on technical and delivery topics.
• Proven capability in leading small technical teams.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, ArgoCD and cloud data warehousing.

Aufgaben

• Own regular day-to-day delivery (bug fixes, small enhancements, projects deliverables and timelines).
• Build and maintain a global view of how other applications and systems consume CTRM data, and act as the technical reference point for integrations.
• Own the technical roadmap and architecture direction for CTRM, working with IT and business stakeholders.
• Balance defending sound architectural principles with adapting to business needs.
• Drive data analysis, SQL development, and reporting needs for CTRM.
• Replatform a set of existing services to newer technologies.
• Lead and develop a small team of developers/analysts, including resourcing and performance management.
• Scale the team through nearshore resourcing for dedicated projects.
• Champion the use of AI across the team's ways of working.
