Open Systems is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to design, install and operate globally deployed network security solutions for national and international customers. You will translate customer needs into effective architectures, support production deployments, and serve as the technical voice between development and sales.

Qualifikationen

• You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field or extensive networking and cybersecurity experience.
• You bring a technical mindset with customer-first consulting approach and willingness to learn.
• You have knowledge of Unix/Linux, networking protocols, and network security technologies.

Aufgaben

• Learn Open Systems service portfolio and configuration management.
• Engage with customers' technical staff to identify requirements.
• Recommend best-practice approaches and design solutions.
• Set up and deploy Open Systems services with the customer.
• On-board new customers and provide first-class technical support.
• Interface between development and sales as the technical voice.
• Collaborate with Mission Control to ensure smooth operations for all customers.
• Act as a bridge between engineering teams and customer needs.
