Zusammenfassung

Open Systems AG in Zürich, Switzerland seeks a Customer Success Engineer to design, install and operate globally deployed network security solutions. You will analyze customer needs and advise, design and deploy solutions from concept to production, while serving as the technical voice between development and sales.

Join a team that collaborates across national and international organizations and supports ongoing operations from our headquarters in Zürich and a temporary Mission Control center

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or related field or extensive networking/cybersecurity experience.
• Experience in Technical Customer Success Engineering, professional services, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills; eager to learn and grow through internal training.

Aufgaben

• Learn Open Systems service portfolio and configuration management.
• Engage with customers' technical staff to identify requirements.
• Recommend best-practice approaches and design solutions.
• Set up and deploy Open Systems services in coordination with the customer.
• On-board new customers.
• Provide first-class technical support for customer requests.
• Interface between development and sales.
• Engage in the Mission Control organization to ensure steady operations of our entire customer base.
