Job summary

Antaes Consulting in Zürich seeks a qualified professional to manage pharma projects, oversee product introductions and changes, and ensure GMP/compliant documentation across the lifecycle. The role involves cross‑department collaboration, cost analysis, and proactive project reporting.

You should bring a university degree in a relevant field, strong project management experience, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• University degree in pharmacy, chemistry, process engineering, or similar field.
• Experience in project management and leading interdisciplinary project teams.
• Experience in sterile production is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of GMP and FDA requirements.
• Knowledge and use of methods/tools that support project management.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.

Responsibilities

• Support customer products throughout their lifecycle and contribute to lifecycle management.
• Create change controls and project plans for product implementation and changes.
• Coordinate with specialist departments on CAP/feasibility analyses and product costs.
• Lead internal project meetings and manage resources for product introductions or changes.
• Document GMP-compliant data, master batch records, protocols, and validation support.
• Provide proactive reporting on project and product status to management and customers.
