ITech Consult AG in Kaiseraugst is seeking a Project Manager/Automation Engineer (m/f/d) for a large pharmaceutical client. The role combines project leadership with hands-on automation engineering, focusing on highly automated production facilities.

You will manage automation projects across all phases, ensure GMP/GAMP compliance, and collaborate with internal and external teams. Fluency in German is required.

Formación

• Completed vocational training or studies in automation/electrical/computer engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in production automation, preferably pharmaceutical.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and GAMP.
• Excellent German; English and French a plus.
• Willingness to work in an agile, self-organized environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process and system support for highly automated production facilities connected with IT/OT.
• Independent planning, control and execution of automation projects across all phases with responsibility for milestones and quality.
• Create business cases and monitor CAPEX/project budgets plus resource planning.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams including internal, external staff, partners and suppliers.
• Support definition and initiation of investment projects with cost estimates and schedules.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation measures per PM standards.
• Provide transparent reporting and progress updates to stakeholders and steering committees.
• Analyze and optimize processes to increase production efficiency.
• Support GMP and SHE audits and inspections.
