• Experience leading technology direction across multiple teams and products.
• Ability to translate complex tech landscapes into clear roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of security-by-design, data architectures and AI governance.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development and governance.

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain a multi-year technology strategy for Industrial IoT and AI, translating it into roadmaps for cloud, edge, devices, data and AI.
• Establish target architectures and decision guidance to ensure coherent product/platform evolution.
• Align roadmaps, dependencies and investments across products and locations with transparent trade-offs.
• Lead the adoption of AI and automation with governance, quality controls and IP protection.
• Provide direction to leaders and engineers while building capabilities through communities of practice and governance.
• Promote reuse, standardization, automation and continuous improvement while preserving security and compliance.
