Huawei Technologies Switzerland AG seeks a high-caliber Collaboration Strategic Technology Lead to bridge academic research and industrial product evolution. You will drive end-to-end external collaboration projects, identifying technologies in computer architecture and AI algorithms and ensuring their integration into next-generation hardware-software systems.

You will act as a Technological Diplomat, aligning internal requirements with global academic excellence to accelerate transforming

Qualifikationen

• PhD in Computer Architecture, Chip Design, Electronic Engineering, or related AI-hardware field.
• 5+ years of experience managing or participating in high-stakes collaboration projects.
• Deep technical expertise in CPU/GPU/NPU cores, SoC design, or AI accelerators.
• Fluency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee full lifecycle of external collaboration projects from requirements alignment to final acceptance.
• Coordinate between local research teams and Headquarters to align research with product timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams balancing long-term research with engineering constraints.
• Evaluate emerging tech (AI-empowered processors, accelerators, heterogeneous systems) and generate impact reports.
• Engage with global faculty and academic partners; organize exchanges and workshops.
• Digest external research results and drive integration into internal R&D pipelines.
