CSL Behring seeks a Project Coordinator, Tech Ops, to support Integrated Project Teams and cross-IPT activities in planning and execution of capital and operating projects. You will align financials, contracting, and forecasting, acting as a central business operations partner across the Tech Ops portfolio.

Responsibilities include managing service and consultant POs, CapEx coordination, expense planning, and presenting updates at Tier meetings while ensuring compliance and timely delivery

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in Life Sciences or Engineering with business process exposure.
• 2-5 years in business operations, project coordination, procurement or financial administration.
• Fluent English; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end processing of Professional Service and Consultant purchase orders; manage OpEx/CapEx contracting.
• Support CapEx coordination and keep Clarity buckets up to date.
• Assist expense planning, align with budget/forecast cycles.
• Present updates to Tier Meetings on OpEx, CapEx, and contracting topics.
• Interface with external partners and contracting teams; ensure compliance and forecasting alignment.
