Zusammenfassung

Sygnum is seeking a Tech Lead to head our Developer Experience and Platform Engineering team. You will shape the team's direction and be hands-on building tools and platforms that streamline how engineers design, test, and deploy software.

You will design CI/CD pipelines, create internal platforms and libraries, integrate GenAI into tooling with safety checks, and own the platform roadmap based on real data and developer feedback.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years building services and libraries with Java (Quarkus) or Node.js (NestJS).
• 3+ years technical leadership across multiple teams.
• Working experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Comfort with AWS and developer productivity tooling.

Aufgaben

• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines, review workflows, and release processes that reflect how teams actually work today, including with AI-assisted development.
• Build internal platforms, SDKs, CLIs, and libraries that engineers adopt because they're genuinely useful — not because they're mandated.
• Integrate GenAI into platform tooling thoughtfully, with automated quality checks and feedback loops that make AI-assisted code safer over time.
• Own the platform roadmap. Balance feature requests, technical debt, and strategic investments using real data — cycle time, deployment frequency, developer satisfaction.
