Sag AG in Switzerland seeks an IT project manager to lead D365 F&O/SCM projects across borders. You will drive requirements, design, testing and successful go-lives, balancing business needs with standard platform capabilities.

Based in Dietlikon or Rotkreuz, you will travel for international assignments and collaborate with stakeholders from multiple functions to deliver value.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Control (focus D365 F&O): End-to-end responsibility for the implementation of local and international D365F&O projects. Strategic planning and monitoring of Projects as well as coordination of functional go-live and hypercare support. Central contact for the business, key users, management and external Microsoft implementation partners. This position frequently take a hands on approach combing project management with IT Business Consulting work – gathering and challenging business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, configuring and validating solutions, and driving functional and user acceptance testing yourself rather than only coordinating others.
• Process & fit-gap analysis: Moderation of requirements workshops and management of fit-gap analyses in order to optimally map business processes (e.g. order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report) to the Microsoft standard.
• Focus on D365 Standard & Best Practices: Ensuring a “Standard First” strategy to minimize customizations and ensure the future updateability of the platform (One Version).
  Team leadership: Leadership of interdisciplinary, cross-functional project teams (consisting of solution architects, consultants, developers and business analysts).
• Interface Function & Integrations: Control the seamless integration of D365 F&SCM with peripheral systems, the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure data architectures.

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional experience: Several years of demonstrable experience as an IT project manager in the ERP environment, ideally with completed full-lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / F&SCM / CE.
• Expertise / Education: In-depth understanding of the D365 architecture and business processes in the areas of finance, supply chain, logistics or production. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT technology or a comparable qualification.
• Methodological competence: Certification in project management (e.g. PMP/PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is a must.
• Personality: Strong communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness, analytical thinking and the ability to inspire stakeholders at all levels. Hands-on mentality: you are comfortable taking on a double role and personally performing requirement gathering, functional specification, configuration and testing next to your project management duties.
• Language skills: Fluent in English and very good written and spoken German.
• Location: Base located in Dietlikon or Rotkreuz, Switzerland, with willingness to travel internationally on project demand.
