Myjob in Zürich seeks a Teamlead Inbound Logistics to lead our goods-in operations and grow a 10-person team. You will oversee day-to-day logistics, drive process improvements, and ensure on-time receipt, inspection and stock checks.

This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic optimisation in a fast-paced ecommerce setting. German communication skills (minimum B2) are required, along with experience in logistics and supervision.

Ready for the next step in your career? We're looking for someone to lead and develop our goods-in team of around 10 staff members and help us manage our growth.

Your main responsibilities

You'll be involved in day-to-day operations right from the start - and will gradually take on the role of deputy team leader:

Logistics: Goods Receipt

• Technical and personnel management, shift planning and the further development of our goods-in team.
• You will ensure efficient, on-time goods-in processes - from goods receipt through to inspection and stock-taking - whilst maintaining our quality standards.
• You will play an active role in day-to-day operations, particularly during peak periods.
• You will identify areas for improvement and implement optimisations independently.
• You will monitor and manage the relevant KPIs for performance measurement.

Your profile

• Several years’ professional experience in logistics, ideally in the e-commerce sector.
• At least 1 year’s management experience or demonstrable leadership qualities (team leadership, shift supervision, acting in a managerial capacity)
• Proficiency in using digital systems and MS Office

Clear written and spoken communication in German (minimum B2 level).

• Physical stamina suitable for a busy warehouse environment (predominantly standing work, regular movement and lifting).
