This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic optimisation in a fast-paced ecommerce setting. German communication skills (minimum B2) are required, along with experience in logistics and supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in the ecommerce sector.
• At least 1 year of management experience or demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Proficiency with digital systems and MS Office.
• German language skills, written and spoken, at least B2.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the goods-in team of around 10 staff and supervise shifts.
• Ensure efficient, on-time goods-in processes from receipt to inspection and stock-taking.
• Identify improvement areas and implement independent optimisations.
• Monitor and manage KPIs for performance measurement.
