Job summary

Try&Hire is seeking an experienced aerospace systems engineer to lead cross-functional electrical and electromechanical projects from concept to certification. You will mentor mechanical engineers on electrical integration, review designs and test results, and coordinate with external suppliers.

A strong background in RTCA DO-254 and related certification standards is essential, with fluency in English and German a plus. 5+ years in aerospace electromechanical development.

• Coordinate technical and program aspects with external suppliers
• Define and support ground and flight test requirements

Profile

• University degree in Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace electromechanical system development and certification
• Strong background in electrical and electronic hardware, including actuator or motor control electronics
• Hands‑on experience in testing, debugging and fault isolation at PCB level
• Experience with RTCA DO-254 and airborne electronic hardware certification processes
• Knowledge of CS/FAR Part 23, DO-160, DO-178C, ARP4754A and ARP4761
• Excellent English (C2 level), German is a plus
