Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of cGMP, GxP and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with modern ATS/CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• English and German language fluency (written and spoken).

Talent Acquisition Specialist

To strengthen our team in Basel we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for highly qualified engineering and scientific profiles (MSc, BSc, PhD, PharmD, MD) across Switzerland and the wider DACH region. You will combine deep market intelligence with proactive sourcing techniques to build and nurture a robust talent network. Your work directly influences EFOR’s growth trajectory and strengthens our employer brand in one of Europe’s most competitive Life Science markets.

Your Responsibilities:

Market Expertise

• Continuously expand your understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical-device manufacturing and engineering processes in Switzerland.
• Track industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to inform talent strategies.

Talent Hunting & Active Sourcing

• Identify, approach, and engage niche scientific and engineering talent using Boolean search, social media, professional forums, conferences, and traditional networks.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Candidate Network Development

• Build long-term relationships with high-potential professionals; maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant records in our ATS/CRM.
• Leverage content marketing and targeted outreach to keep your network warm and engaged.

End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

• Drive the full hiring cycle: talent mapping, screening, competency interviews, technical evaluations, offer negotiation, and contract management.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and domain experts to align requirements, timelines, and candidate experience.

Recruitment Strategy & Process Excellence

• Co-develop and continuously refine EFOR’s Swiss/DACH recruitment playbook (sourcing channels, interview frameworks, selection criteria, DE&I initiatives).
• Introduce data-driven improvements and modern recruitment tools (automation, assessment platforms, analytics dashboards).

Employer Branding & External Representation

• Act as an EFOR ambassador at trade shows, university career days, industry congresses, and online events.
• Collaborate with Marketing on EVP campaigns, social media content, and thought‑leadership pieces.

Your Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within Life Sciences, engineering, with experience in in-house or agency recruitment.
• Demonstrated success sourcing MSc/PhD/MD talent in competitive markets using both traditional and digital channels.
• Solid understanding of cGMP, GxP, and regulated manufacturing environments—or a strong motivation to learn quickly.
• Proficiency with modern ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Active sourcing experience with X-Ray/Boolean search.
• Fluency in English and German (written & spoken);

This is an on-site role.
