TalentCloud Group Recruitment is partnering with a Swiss production company to appoint an on-site HR professional.

You will own HR operations at the site, leading recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliant record-keeping under Swiss labour law. You will advise managers, drive engagement and safety initiatives, and coordinate training, with fluency in German and English as a must-have.

What You'll Do

• Lead all HR activities at the production facility: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance


• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, Swiss employment law, and best practices in regulated production environments


• Maintain accurate HR documentation and personnel records in line with Swiss labor law


• Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement, culture, health, safety, and well-being


• Coordinate training, skills development, and continuous learning


• Support performance management, feedback cycles, and appraisals


• Act as the primary on‑site contact for all HR‑related matters

What You Bring

• At least 3 year of experience as the sole HR professional at a production, agriculture, or manufacturing site in Switzerland


• Fluency in German and English is required


• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law, industrial relations, and workplace safety


• A hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage diverse tasks independently

Nice to Have

• HRSE certification or HR Fachfrau/Fachmann diploma


• Experience in regulated industries such as FMCG, or pharmaceuticals
