EFOR Group in Visp, Switzerland, seeks an MSAT Principal Scientist to lead cleaning process excellence in biomanufacturing. You will own cleaning strategies, drive CIP/COP optimization, and oversee compliant concepts with QA and cross-functional teams.

The role requires MSc/PhD in a related field and strong GMP/biopharma experience. On-site collaboration with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Engineering, Automation, and Validation is essential for inspections and client interactions.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.

• Identify and implement innovative cleaning technologies and industry best practices.
• Ensure activities comply with GMP requirements and approved procedures.

The Role:

Drive Cleaning Process Excellence in Biomanufacturing. Support our Client as the technical owner of manufacturing cleaning processes. In this highly visible role, you will drive cleaning process performance, CIP/COP optimization, equipment cleaning strategies, and cleaning innovation across a world-class biologics manufacturing facility. Working closely with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Engineering, Automation, Validation, and customers, you will ensure cleaning processes remain efficient, compliant, robust, and inspection-ready.

Your Responsibilities:

Your Qualifications & Experience:

• MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP operations.
• Expertise in equipment cleaning processes, CIP/COP systems, process improvement, and manufacturing support.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and solve complex manufacturing challenges.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage.

This is an on-site role.
