EFOR Group in Basel, Switzerland seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end-to-end recruitment for engineering and scientific profiles across Switzerland and the DACH region. You will combine market intelligence with proactive sourcing to build a robust talent network and strengthen our employer brand.

You will partner with hiring managers to align requirements, timelines, and candidate experience, driving high-quality hires in a competitive Life Sciences market.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Life Sciences or engineering.
• Proven success sourcing MSc/PhD/MD talent in competitive markets.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GxP and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with modern ATS/CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• English and German language fluency (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering/scientific profiles in Switzerland and DACH.
• Identify and engage niche talent through Boolean search, social and professional networks.
• Build and nurture a GDPR-compliant candidate network and track metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers to align requirements, timelines and candidate experience.
• Contribute to employer branding through events, content and campaigns.
