Must Haves:

• IT studies (business informatics) or logistics/commercial training (e.g., warehouse logistics specialist) with a strong affinity for IT.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP R/3 and good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (strong focus on SAP EWM and SAP MM / Spare Parts Management).
• Good process knowledge in intralogistics, warehouse management, goods receipt/dispatch, material flow and spare parts management / maintenance spare parts.
• Experience with support processes and tools for incident and change management (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong analytical skills for error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving in ongoing warehouse and material operations.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills in German and English.
• Strong customer focus, agile thinking, and high stability, flexibility, and speed in finding solutions.

Nice to haves:

• Experience in pharmaceutical production or a comparable regulated industry (GxP environment is an advantage).
