Zusammenfassung

FFI Advisory GmbH in Switzerland seeks an experienced SAP EWM/MM consultant to lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions, support integrations, and guide testing, cutover and go-live activities.

Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, cGMP/CSV compliance, and effective knowledge transfer to business and support teams, while collaborating across IT and vendor ecosystems

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience with SAP EWM, ideally with SAP MM.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and driving process improvements.
• Proven experience with SAP implementations, enhancements, integrations, testing, validation, cutover and go-live.
• Experience in manufacturing/pharma or another regulated environment is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of cGMP, CSV, data integrity and quality requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, independent and solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across business and IT.
• Fluent English required; German is a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end SAP EWM and MM processes across inbound, warehousing, inventory, production supply, returns, and outbound logistics.
• Analyze business requirements, develop functional specifications, and support configuration, enhancements, integrations, and rollouts.
• Manage integration between SAP ERP/S/4HANA, decentralized EWM, LIMS, 3PL and warehouse automation systems.
• Plan and execute testing, data validation, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, CSV, data integrity, quality and internal governance requirements.
• Manage incidents, master data and change requests, including root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
• Define role and authorization requirements in line with SoD principles.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, work instructions and training materials.
• Deliver key user training and knowledge transfer to business and support teams.
