Mirabaud Asset Management is expanding its Swiss distribution team and seeks two commercially driven Sales Executives to accelerate business development in German-speaking Switzerland and Romandie. You will hunt for new opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to net new asset growth through wholesale channels.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of successful sales or business development experience, ideally within asset management or private banking.
• Strong understanding of investment products and the Swiss asset management market; wholesale channels knowledge is a plus.
• Existing network with banks, wealth managers, family offices and distribution partners preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive hunter with disciplined, results-driven approach.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage senior decision-makers.

Aufgaben

• Identify, generate and convert new business opportunities within Switzerland.
• Develop relationships across channels, especially wholesale, with banks and asset managers.
• Promote investment capabilities in a consultative manner and translate content into client conversations.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to meetings, follow-up and asset mandates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare meetings, roadshows and tailored materials.
