Zusammenfassung

Mirabaud Asset Management is expanding its Swiss distribution team and seeks two commercially driven Sales Executives to accelerate business development in German-speaking Switzerland and Romandie.

Hunting new clients and assets, you will cultivate relationships across wholesale channels and platforms, translating complex investment content into client conversations while working within Mirabaud AM's boutique environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of successful sales or business development in asset management.
• Strong understanding of investment products and Swiss AM market.
• Existing network with banks, wealth managers, family offices is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-driven with hunter mentality.
• Fluent in French; English fluency required; other Swiss languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Identify, generate and convert new business opportunities within Swiss target universe.
• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients, banks and platforms.
• Promote Mirabaud AM capabilities in a consultative manner to clients.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to mandate acquisition and follow-up.
• Contribute to net new asset growth across channels and client segments.
• Maintain pipeline discipline and use CRM tools for activity tracking.
• Collaborate with Investment, Marketing and Operations for client meetings.
