Zusammenfassung

Mirabaud Asset Management is expanding its Swiss distribution team and is looking for two commercially driven Sales Executives to accelerate business development in German-speaking Switzerland and Romandie.

The roles focus on new business generation, client acquisition and net new asset growth, primarily across the wholesale channel, while contributing to the broader growth and diversification of Mirabaud AM’s Swiss client base.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of sales or business development in asset management or private banking.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and the Swiss asset management market.
• Existing network with banks, wealth managers or family offices is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-driven with hunter mentality.
• University degree; CFA/AZEK/CAIA or similar qualification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify and win new business opportunities within the Swiss market.
• Develop and manage client relationships across wholesale channels.
• Promote investment capabilities in a consultative manner.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to mandate acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal teams for client meetings and events.
• Provide market feedback to support Swiss distribution strategy.
