Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related technology field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least four years of sales experience in IT channel account management, partner development, or technology distribution in Switzerland.
• Experience achieving or exceeding sales targets in direct or indirect commercial technology sales.
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
• Strong data analysis and advanced spreadsheet modelling skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data preparation.

• Build joint sales relationships with channel partners and distributors across Switzerland to expand market presence and grow revenue.
• Develop and execute joint business plans aligning partner capabilities with Cisco’s software, networking, cloud, and security portfolio.
• Create sales enablement programmes and go-to-market initiatives to help partners reach customers and build profitable managed services.
• Use sales data and market insights to identify opportunities, prioritise activities, and track progress.
• Collaborate with systems engineers and regional teams to move opportunities forward and deliver on customer priorities.
