Ticketmaster Switzerland is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead local marketing strategy within the GSA region. The role focuses on managing the Swiss marketing budget, aligning with local executive leadership, and driving both B2C sales and B2B leads acquisition.

Based in Zürich, you will localize campaigns, coordinate with teams in Germany and Austria, and build relationships with promoters and venues.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in marketing with focus on brand, events or B2B marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss event, sports and music landscape.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing and how marketing supports sales.
• Experience planning and executing events in entertainment, live or sports.
• Confident representing a brand externally with strong relationship management.
• Professional proficiency in English, Swiss German and French.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and to HQ in Germany/Austria as needed.
• Proven track record of leading campaigns and delivering KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Drive the local marketing strategy to reach yearly objectives, in collaboration with teams in Germany and Austria.
• Manage the local marketing budget with a focus on initiatives supporting commercial and B2B outcomes.
• Localise international brand campaigns to fit local culture and grow brand awareness.
• Strategise and create campaigns for local events to meet ticket sales targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with Live Nation presale partners, sponsors and barter arrangements in Switzerland.
• Link marketing with sales in Switzerland to align with targets and pipeline needs.
• Work with the GSA marketing team to align Swiss activities with GSA and global strategy.
• Monitor the Swiss market and competitive landscape and share insights for planning.
• Build relationships with local promoters, venues, and partners for joint opportunities.
• Represent Ticketmaster at local industry, sales and partner events in Switzerland.
• Report on KPIs and analyse results to refine strategy.
• Support the sales team with marketing insights during client pitches.
• Represent the brand at external conferences and in media engagements.
