Ticketmaster seeks a Senior Marketing Manager Switzerland within the GSA Marketing Team to lead the local marketing strategy, manage the Switzerland budget, and drive B2C sales and B2B lead generation in the market.

You will localise campaigns, collaborate with Germany and Austria, build partnerships with promoters and venues, report KPIs, and align activities with sales targets while representing the brand at events and conferences.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with focus on brand, event, or B2B marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss event, sports and music landscape.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, aligning marketing with sales goals.
• Experience planning and executing events in entertainment, live, or sports environments.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management with partners, promoters, venues, media.
• Professional proficiency in English, Swiss German and French; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland and to Germany/Austria (HQ).
• Proven track record of leading campaigns and delivering KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Drive the local marketing strategy to meet yearly objectives in collaboration with Germany and Austria teams.
• Manage the local Swiss marketing budget with a focus on initiatives supporting commercial and B2B outcomes.
• Localise international brand campaigns for Swiss culture to grow brand awareness.
• Strategise and create campaigns for local events to meet ticket sales targets.
• Build and grow relationships with Live Nation presale partners, sponsors and venues in Switzerland.
• Act as the link between marketing and sales in Switzerland to align activities with targets and pipeline needs.
• Coordinate with the GSA marketing team to ensure Swiss activities align with global strategy.
• Monitor the Swiss market and competitive landscape and feed insights into planning.
• Represent the brand at local events, industry and partner engagements.
