• Ensure transparent, accurate financial reporting for a USD 400 million business with proactive insights.
• Monitor KPIs across all Traction Business Lines and drive cash flow, margins, and working capital.
• Lead projects, tender reviews, and business case processes to support profitable growth.
• Ensure compliance with ABB controls and US GAAP; collaborate across divisions.
