DPAM, a leading asset manager, is seeking a Head of Sales for Switzerland based in Geneva. You will lead the sales strategy across institutional and wholesale channels, drive asset gathering, and forge strategic partnerships with professional investors.

You will manage senior client relationships, guide the local sales team, and ensure regulatory alignment while delivering on aggressive growth targets in a dynamic European market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of asset management sales experience in Switzerland.
• Strong network among Swiss professional investors.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop senior client relationships and raise assets.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative and results-driven leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop DPAM's sales strategy in Switzerland across Institutional and Wholesale channels.
• Drive business development with private banks, wealth managers, asset managers, pension funds, insurers, family offices and fund selectors.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Grow net new assets across DPAM’s investment capabilities including equities, fixed income, multi-asset and private assets.
• Identify strategic opportunities and develop key accounts across the Swiss market.
• Position DPAM’s investment capabilities with CIOs, investment committees and institutional decision-makers.
• Lead and coordinate major RFPs, mandates and client opportunities.
• Structure and develop distribution channels and partnerships where appropriate.
• Work closely with investment teams, marketing, legal, risk and compliance.
• Lead, support and develop the local sales team and foster an entrepreneurial culture.
• Define commercial priorities, monitor the sales pipeline and ensure delivery against objectives.
• Ensure commercial activities comply with regulatory requirements.
