Job summary

Mirabaud Asset Management is expanding its Swiss distribution team, seeking two commercially driven Sales Executives to accelerate new business growth in German-speaking Switzerland and Romandie. You’ll focus on wholesale channels, client acquisition and net new asset growth while collaborating with internal teams.

Ideal candidates are highly proactive, capable of building long-term client relationships, and comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial boutique asset management environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful sales or business development experience within asset management, wealth management, private banking, fund distribution or related environment.
• Strong understanding of investment products and the Swiss asset management market; knowledge of wholesale distribution channels is advantageous.
• Existing network or ability to develop relationships with Swiss distribution partners (banks, independent wealth managers, family offices). Institutional relationships are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-driven with a hunter mentality and high intrinsic motivation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, generate and convert new business opportunities within the defined Swiss target universe.
• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients and prospects, including banks, IAs, family offices and platforms.
• Promote Mirabaud AM’s investment capabilities in a consultative manner in client conversations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to meeting preparation, follow-up, and mandate acquisition.
