Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Switzerland seeks a Sales Support and Account Management professional to bolster our Swiss funds business with Key Account clients. You will collaborate with Wholesale Client Advisors, coordinate client meetings, and manage relationships while handling ad hoc requests and reporting.

You will perform market analyses with Morningstar and Bloomberg, support RFPs, ensure KYC compliance, and coordinate with global teams.

Qualifications

Degree in economics/business administration or related field.
Interest in pursuing CFA or similar qualification in the future.
2–3 years of experience in financial services, asset management or private banking.
Proactive, client-focused with strong attention to detail.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Support all facets of the sales and business development process to deliver outstanding service to clients.
Handle ad hoc information requests and manage client reporting tasks.
Conduct market research on target client groups using Morningstar, Bloomberg, digital tools and AI.
Co-own CRM systems and maintain client information.
Lead RFPs and due diligence on funds.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and KYC requirements.
Coordinate tasks for working students.
Collaborate with marketing to drive digital channel distribution and lead generation.
Engage in client contact and relationship management.
Support content coordination and follow-up across the client engagement lifecycle.
Maintain close contact with product specialists and other teams globally.
Assist sales and marketing with product presentations, workshops, and events to enhance client engagement.
